The picture at the top of this story shows two vehicles. The one on the left is an e-bike. The one on the right is an e-moped. As I explained in the story, e-mopeds are not e-bikes. They're, well, mopeds. They can go up to 35 mph, and they don't require peddling. Speed limits are appropriate. I just wish Gentile had written this better and not condemned all e-bikes.
