Sad but all too typical. We actually did OK with Avocado (stupid name for a mattress company!) and Saatva. The Avocado delivery had me a wee bit worried because we were replacing a Queen but were moving the old queen to another room and wanted that King removed. I had done my bit, taken the King off, resized the frame, and moved the old Queen; the guys were fine, they didn't care,:one in, one out.
When the Saatva was installed, I wanted to put anti-allergen covers over the box springs. Again, they were fine with that: I did it while they dragged the old box springs downstairs, and they even helped me.
So those two seem to have figured out (a few years ago, no less) that this stuff needs to be coordinated. Glad we didn't go with Casper.
Loved the "ghost" jokes! Will kids today know who Casper is/was?
I suspect Disney+ has a movie that's nearly 30 years old now in heavy rotation. Cheap programming! And I hear it's popular.
I should add, however, that once I got the mattress set up and slept on it, it's a really good mattress.
mercy!
